Product Theaters are 20-minute promotional presentations or activities that provide education (including disease state education) and may highlight a new service or present information or data on the development of a particular product. All Product Theater presentations must be tasteful, appropriate, and professional in nature and be focused on the science relating to the development of a particular product of the sponsor or aspect of disease state. Product Theaters are available exclusively to Diamond and Platinum Level Package Supporters of MSVirtual2020.
All Product Theaters are required to be pre-recorded and will be released on Friday, September 11 during the virtual Exhibit Hall Opening.
Product Theater guidelines and sanctions will be enforced to ensure that there are no disruptions to the program and are subject to change at any time without notice.
Product Theaters are organized and entirely supported by third party organizations.
Product Theaters are promotional in nature and are intended to highlight relevant research and data related to specific drug(s), device(s), or product(s).
Due to the promotional nature of Product Theaters, Continuing Medical Education (CME) is prohibited.
Content may not include information or abstracts scheduled for presentation during the meeting program.
Each organization is limited to two Product Theaters according to sponsorship level commitment as outlined in Industry Support Prospectus. All Product Theaters are required to be pre-recorded and will be released on Friday, September 11 during the virtual exhibit hall opening. Product Theaters are limited to 20-minutes and start and stop times must be strictly adhered to.
Speakers are to be invited by the Product Theater organizer. MSVirtual2020 is not responsible for honoraria or registration fees for speakers.
Product Theater organizers are not required to use MSVirtual2020’s audiovisual partner to record their session and are welcome to use their preferred audiovisual and recording provider(s) at their expense. Instructions and deadlines to submit audio/video Product Theater pre-recordings will be provided in a separate manual.
The number of Industry Supported Satellite Symposia, Non-CME Presentations or Product Theater in which any one participant may be involved as a presenter, discussant or chair is limited to two. If a participant is a chair and a speaker at the same symposium, presentation, or theater, it will be considered as only one activity.
Product brand names may not appear in the title of a Product Theater. Generic brand names are acceptable.
Product Theater organizers are solely responsible for the content of its presentation, including obtaining all appropriate copyright permissions and licenses for slides and other materials that will be presented.
