Organizations seeking to hold a meeting involving MSVirtual2020 attendees during the dates of the virtual congress must disclose the details of their meeting by completing the online disclosure form by Friday, August 21, 2020.
Non-ACTRIMS-ECTRIMS Meetings include but are not limited to: Board and Committee Meetings, Staff Meetings, Education/Scientific Programs, Sales Presentations/Demonstrations, Advisory Meetings, Focus Group/Roundtable Discussions, Alumni Reunions, Social/Networking Events, Awards Presentations.
Meetings with more than 15 people cannot compete with MSVirtual2020 programming. See the Program at a Glance for full program details.
Only closed meetings (e.g. “internal” or “by invitation only”) are allowed.
Any direct costs (e.g. virtual platform, audiovisual equipment and labor) and coordination associated with Non-ACTRIMS-ECTRIMS Meetings are the responsibility of the organization.
Non-ACTRIMS-ECTRIMS Meetings may not be identified as part of the official program or endorsed by ACTRIMS and/or ECTRIMS.
Announcements, promotions, invitations and other related materials must comply with the Guidelines for Industry Participation & Promotion. Refer to pages 22-23 in the MSVirtual2020 Industry Support Prospectus.
Guidelines are subject to change without prior notice. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in sanctions from ACTRIMS.
